Dear MGP family,

We have made some tough choices regarding the Band's Disney trip this year. Don't worry, we are still
going!

What we have done is change the dates of the trip and the mode of transportation. We will be moving the
trip to after the end of school, in June. We are still working out the dates, but they would most likely be
from June 13-17. We will take the band there on Charter buses. We are also only going to do three days in
the parks at Disney and are not going to Universal Studios.

There are many reasons for this change. The economy has hit everyone and everything hard. The new trip
would only cost $779 per student or parent. That is much lower than the current trip plan. Since we are
going after school, we are not worried about missing days of school. No pass-No play would also not come
into affect.

Many more students and parents should now be able to go on the trip and have much more time to pay it
off. We will reissue the trip. We will have another trip meeting and layout the details of the new costs, etc.
It is still the same company and general plan, so no one will lose deposit or payment monies.

All in all, it should be a win-win for everyone. We are hoping that many more of you will agree to attend
under these new conditions. Performing a parade at Disney will put us performing in front of tens of
thousands that might not ever see or hear us. We truly have something special here in Azle and I want the
whole world to know how amazing these kids are!
