“Welcome” from the Azle Band Boosters!

 We are beginning a new and exciting year.  As many of you know, this is a UIL State Marching Contest year, and we want to support the band as they strive to become the best that they can be.

 This has been a busy summer for the boosters.  Beautiful decals have been applied to our awesome band trailer.  Our web site (www.azlemgp.org) has been redesigned, and it will be updated frequently.  The go-kart fundraiser has begun. 

 The Azle Band Boosters provide many services for the students that our directors cannot take care of themselves.   Examples include:

• Meals (meal deals) for students before football games.
• Transporting, loading and unloading band equipment and props
• Fitting and maintenance of uniforms
• Providing chaperones for out-of-town football games, competitions, and other band trips.
• The band boosters also provide a wide range of fundraising opportunities to offset the cost of the spring band trip.

 We welcome new and returning band boosters to join us in making this year a huge success!  Membership in the Azle Band Boosters is open to everyone, and there is no fee to join. It is a great opportunity to make new friends and to be involved in many of your child’s greatest high school experiences.

• What is the cost of membership?

Membership is one of the few things still available as a true bargain. There are no membership fees to belong to this elite group.

• How do I join?

Come to a meeting or contact a board member. There is always something new and exciting happening.

• What do the Band Booster's do?

We have a great time! We support the band and the directors wherever we are needed. (And did I mention we have a great time?!!)
